Hd poxy

I actually got mine through a trade with a member here. I know things are cheaper in larger quantities but that does seem extreme. I'm still a BFWD guy since it's so darn junebug proof, but I will get more Poxy when mine runs out - just for my own experiments.

BTW - I've never had much luck with topping a sealant with a nuba, I always thought there was no improvement or worse, but I'm thinking about topping Poxy (after a week or two) with AG HD. Comments?

Okay Im confused can someone straighten this out for me...

So this 9oz bottle is 14.99 HD POXY

This 32oz bottle is 16.99 HD Poxy 32 oz Protectant

So for 2 dollars more your getting more than double that other one.. Are these the same products? Im really confused... If so I got ripped off HUGE I paid 15 dollars for a little 9oz when I should of paid 17 dollars for 32oz

I bought mine from 3d web site. HD Poxy is $24.99 for 32 oz. It is on it's way.

I don't know if topping will give it a better look. I know I don't like to top BFWD cause it already looks great. But give us a report if you do. $24.99 for 32 oz. is a steal !!! A little goes a loooong way. RX8

Thats it! I remember the post now. It is also what turned me on to POXY.

I'm a bit confused. They have different bottles and sizes to HD website.

I'm not surprised if they got the price wrong...they describe HD Uno as a wax!

Nice thread,

Which provides better depth/wetness? BFWD or POXY?

I have BFWD and used it only once (I'd like t try it a few more times). I honestly like the look of Natty's blue on my black car but durability is horrible for me here in Chicago.

BFWD vs Poxy comparisons?

I never used/seen bfwd but poxy has a nuba look to it for sure. Really darkens the paint. I think DavidB said poxy has 3 different kind of carnauba in it.

I have used BFWD and Poxy and I don't think you could go wrong with either. BFWD is (IMHO) a bit easier to use, is much slicker to start with and gives that clear candy shell look. Poxy - smells better, looks a lot like AG HD (compliment BTW) and like BFWD - does NOT stain trim. Hey, it's not like it's some crazy overpriced wax in Waterford cyrstal, buy both and try em for yourself.

I just grabbed some 32oz bottles of Poxy and Uno from car guys. I have to say, I have been very impressed with the Uno sample I got, so much, that I'm giving the Poxy a try even though I need another LSP like I need another hole in my head. $36 for both is a steal.
