I posted approximately 1 month ago about problems removing HD Nitro. I was initially upset with HD Customer service because it took some time before they contacted me. HOwever, once they did they were fantastic to deal with. We came to the conclusion that the temperature was a little cold in my garage(around 50 degrees). I tried it again when it was a little warmer and it worked much better. They even sent me a new package of Nitro. great to deal with, I'll definitely be using HD products in the future. I love it when a company actually stands behind their product.
