It gives me great pleasure to announce that HD Car Care - Detroit has closed the deal on its new home. We just completed the paperwork for an exclusive commercial building on 1251 Rochester Rd (at Maple/15 mile) in Troy, MI. Centrally located within the affluent automotive xmecca of Bloomfield, Birmingham, Rochester Hills & Royal Oak, but also immediately surrounded by approximately 50 new & pre-owned car dealerships including the Troy Motor Mall.


This 6000++ square foot facility will be transformed into a state of the art detailing & reconditioning center. Our main focus will be both high volume dealer reconditioning as well as high end retail detailing and permanent paint coating systems. Not only will HDCC - Detroit be highlighting the use of the exclusive HD Car Care product line, but will also be utilizing the most modern machines & tools to perform the highest quality and efficient workflows the detailing industry has to offer.

HD Car Care - Detroit will be unique as it is the detailing industry's 1st detailing operation to launch from a well known car care product line. Like the HD product line, HDCC - Detroit will also focus their efforts on relentless growth coupled by unparralled service, quality and innovation. David Fermani, the owner of HDCC-Detoit, worked closely with Tunch Goren (owner of 3D Products who manufacturers the HD Car Care line) to brand and develop a complete line of detailing products geared towards the high end detailer and enthusiast car care aficionado. HD Car Care products has built a strong image of quality by claiming to be one of the only product lines developed by high end detailers for high end detailers. All products are custom blended for ease of use and peak performance. In fact, Tunch Goren holds the trademark for Detailing Made Simple which coincides with the marketing approach of the HD Car Care brand.















 
Rochester NY is also prime for such a facility. Plenty of available facilities close to a whole slew of new and used car dealerships. We also have really tough winters that take their toll on cars. Nothing like this exists in the Rochester Buffalo corridor. I'd love to be a part of such an enterprise. HD products are second to none.
 
Thanks a bunch everyone! I will certainly share some more pics of the build out as I go. I'm hoping to have the doors officially open for business August 4th. I plan on having a grand opening party the weekend before (August 1st - Saturday) so mark your calendars. Everyone's invited.

Thanks!! Yes to both of those. I definitely plan on offering the 3D/HD line up as well as training classes to beginners and enthusiasts looking to step up their car care game. Monday the plumbing contractor is going to cut out this 20 X 20 corner piece of concrete to install a floor trench drain and oil/water separator.

We're considering reusing these pre-fabbed door walls for the 20 X 20 office we're building. They're equipped with lighting and windows.

















And here's an additional air storage tank that we're planning on having connected to our compressor. (thanks to my landlord)

I'm actually going to be receiving a pretty good rebate from our local energy supplier as part of their energy efficiency program:
