hazing problem again

my golf is about one and half years old. This is the first time I used PC on my car.

Don't bother with the thickness gauge, just bust out with the PC and go. Your paint will look great and you will be happy- you're overblowing the 'danger' of the PC. With SMR it's very gentle and you will NOT hurt your paint unless you do it 4x/year for 5 years.

- Mother's Clay Bar

- Meguiars cleaner wax

- 3M SMR

- AIO

- Sealant Glaze

- Blitz Wax

At which step the the haze appear?

I use something like PPCL after the SMR step, or I just wash the car to remove any stray stuff from, clay, SMR and other pret before the AIO.

If you had the haze after the AIO last buff that should help be an indicator. Or was it in the SG only?

Finally does it wash off?

It always helps to be extremely observant anytime you do something to your car in order to help refine technique and to determine what happend just in case something went wrong.

Porterdog,

I will do a second run with my PC. I think, you all guys know how does it feel when something is not right with your car. I am a car fanatic too. When my suspension aren't right, I will feel really bad and I must fixed right away. I can't wait another day. Same thing with this haze problem. Believe it or not, I can't sleep tight because of this.

I believe that the haze is started to appear after I applied 3M SMR.

It seems like yes, like what others said. You need to remove any excess residue from the abrasives in the SMR. Or if the SMR is causing the hazing as in marring, you're going to need something not as abrasive to polish the marring. (you would think that AIO would do it), another alternative would be PPCL.
