Has anyone used Rain-X polish on a foam pad with a drill?

They sell kit's on CMA that come with a little foam pad that you attach to your cordless drill to polish the windows, almost like a home made buffer with a really small pad.



The Rain-X polish doesn't say anything about application so I was wondering if it would be safe to apply the polish to glas with the foam pad and drill.
