Has Anyone in the UK orderder from Proper Autocare ???

Hi guys,



I ordered a bunch of things from Proper Autocare about 3 weeks ago now and nothing has arrived yet :( I dont mind it taking long its just i have orderd soooo much i dont want a thieving ba5tard taking anything especially my pc. HAs anyone in the UK orderd a load of things from proper autocare??? How long did it take??

It depends on how your package was shipped and also a possible delay in customs.



Packages shipped from Honolulu, HI to the UK can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days.



Hopefully, you get your package soon.

The package was sent through US postal office but via Air Mail. Just getting a bit worried now as its been way over 14 days.

Easiest way to contact them and ask for a shipping/tracking number. If Customs have it, there is not a lot you can do and I would advise not phoning and asking them to release it quickly.



One other thought, I once had a parcel returned to the UK central hub because UPS had not left a calling card. Once you have a tracking number it is easy to find out where it is.
 
I didnt know i could actually phone up customs hmmmmm. Maybe its worth phoning them to see if hey actually have it. Is that possible????
 
hey gez, i'm in the Uk, and have a problem findin good detailin goods, the main place is Meguiars really...would like to find somewhere that sells Micro Fibre and Waffle Weave cloths for good prices...and ships to uk..



any ideas?
 
gez I ordered from them too, I am in Canada and US Parcel service took 14 days and we don't have a pond. I'd squirt Proper Auto Care an e-mail and see if they can help. Customs can take their sweet time too so 3 weeks is not unreal. A CD from here to London via Parcel post took 3 weeks.

Alex is a cool guy! He lives about 5mins away from me. Unfortunatley the stuff i wanted is not available from Alex which is why i ordered from proper autocare.



Im really starting to get worried now. The parcel left from Proper Autocare on the 1st October so its had a pretty long time. I emailed the guys who took my order and he told me that the parcel was insured but there was no tracking number which is a bit of a bummer.
