Has anyone heard of this company?

I totally agree, and I don't want to slam anyone that doesn't deserve it.



Good point about the fact that we're used to EXCELLENT service...and if we should get service that is sub-par, or slower than usual, that we deem it as poor.



Officially, I placed the order 2 days ago and have not seen any confirmation of an order shipping or anything being billed. This caused concern since typically you see *instant response for these stages of an order. After numerous contact attempts, the level of concern raises, and then when you see remarks posted about an online seller that are majority poor-based, concern again is there.



My point of starting this whole thread was to see if anyone else had done business with this company in question. Not trying to start a slam thread by any means, just communicating.
 
I understand now, and wish you luck. I will tell you that anytime I order from bigger places like CDW, Dell, Amazon, etc...It sometimes takes 2 days before I get anything. And keep in mind that they are an hour or two behind EST, so maybe give them until 5.

That's just a single data point, though, and a lot can change in a couple of years. One thought . . . if it's a small operation, then they may have had shortened hours (or been closed) over the holiday weekend. Maybe they're just backed up or short of help. Regardless, I hope it works out.

I am guessing that there have been no problems with this order as well. I am guessing we would have heard about it. I hope he received the products.
