Has anyone heard of this company?

Not trying to get shot down on this, just looking to see what others have experienced.

I ordered something from WholesaleMN, and am having troubles contacting them.

Has anyone ordered products from them, or even heard of them?

:think2

What about their phone number?

never heard of em either, good to know theres companies out there that sell almost a million products and we have yet to hear of them...

I live 10 minutes away from there and I've never heard of them.

If you still have problems reaching them, PM me and I'll go there in person for ya.

Thats incredibly cool of you to do that for the OP.:2thumbs:

email a few times (about a day apart)...call 2x per day and note day/times. after that if you don't get ahold of them, simply dispute the charge on your CC if it comes through. provide the contact attempt info. all done. :)

Like I said, I called and someone answered, I am guessing since the OP has not responded, he got ahold of them too.

Great Scot...I just googled the business name and if it's the same person that has an Ebay store, things do not look good. Lots of red marked feedback in the Ebay store about not getting orders on time, if at all.

I think I'll escalate and contact my C.C. company.

Thanks for the tips guys!

I don't know what the deal is. I've tried probably 10 times this morning. I just got through to speak with the gentleman who's name appears on the website. He seemed pleasant to speak to, but did not sound like he knew what the entire process was for internet orders.

I'm giving him the benefit at this point to correct the situation.

I vaguely recall ordering some Poorboys stuff from them a couple of years ago, and it went very well. Good service from the people I spoke to on the phone, and quick turnaround on my order.

That's just a single data point, though, and a lot can change in a couple of years. One thought . . . if it's a small operation, then they may have had shortened hours (or been closed) over the holiday weekend. Maybe they're just backed up or short of help. Regardless, I hope it works out.

Thanks Tort.

IMHO, backed up or not, they should be prepared for whatever business comes their way.

Lessons learned for me....I'm only buying from the reputable companies going forward, and I'll Google their name if I have to.

Im curious about something...WHen was the order placed? And has it not been delivered in time? Because like I said, I called a couple of times and they answered and were friendly every time...I would hate to see a biz get a bad rap IF they did nothing wrong. Microsoft and others a "reputable" but they dont always respond right away either. We are just so used to OVER THE TOP GREAT service that we forget that most etailers are not as good as the ones we deal with.
