Has anyone else had issues with optimum products like I did

I purchased the Hyper Polish and had the issue with the nozzle clogging, I did try holding the bottle upside down to 'clean' it out when I was done. It wasn't worth the hassle. Then I tried Optimum Polish in the white container and the bottle was terrible. The screw on nozzle that came with didn't fit for a tight seal and when I would apply the polish it would come out the tip and the side. I had to purchase a new plastic bottle from a craft store to use. They aren't cheap products, they should have a better design.

I've noticed that the product can tend to separate over time which is completely normal for most products. I think the sprayer was updated? I usually just shake it and it returns things to normal.

Both settling and clogged sprayers are easy to fix. Both occur from infrequent use and can be remedied by changing a few habits. Hyper products ship with a screw on cap. I recommend the sprayer be purged back into the bottle and the cap replaced for storage. Also, warm soapy water sprayed through the sprayer will prep it for it's next use. If the clog is bad, you can disassemble the sprayer and clean it more thoroughly.

These precautions can be skipped for the shop that uses Hyper weekly...but for the infrequent user it will make the product more usable. Regarding Polish II bottles. I don't like the either, but we have too many to toss out. I personally transfer the product to an 8 or 16 squeeze bottles so it's not an issue for me...but I understand your complaint if you're trying to use it for dispensing.

I agree that regular use keeps the sprayer working fine. I use Hyper Compound less often so occasionally the sprayer clogs. Just put the suction end in warm water and work the trigger until its sprayer water and then everything is fine.
