Hard water spots on glass . . .

Klasse AIO for me as well.....plus I always use it on my windshield anyway because I think it is MUCH better than Rain X (the biggest waste of money I have ever spent on any product).

Aha! I never thought of using KAIO on windows but now I just might try that! One thing I don't like about Rain X is that it seems to "grab" at your wipers after a while. Has anybody else noticed that? I was looking at Aquapel, but since I have the KAIO in the garage already, I might as well try that! Thanks for the idea Outlaw

I use Klasse AIO with steel wool 0000 grade,it will not scratch the glass and will reduce work time, absolutely time efficient. My second weapon is DG glass polish it is good but requires more work time with towel because it is slightly abrasive so you cannot use steel wool. DG glass polish is a great product it dries out quickly when the glass is hot, you have to work it in fast till it turns powdery dry and wipe.

Can duragloss products be bought in stores? if so, which ones?

Thank you. I'm trying to find the right product to get water spots of my NEW Cars glass. Very fustrating!

A towel saturated in vinegar works. Just sit it on the windshield for a few minutes, then use your favorite glass cleaner to clean up the vinegar, the water spots will be gone.

For me its a diluted phospuric(sp?) acid. A few sprays on a damp rag, and clean the window like you normally would. And they're gone.

Watch that 0000 steel wool. worked good on old glass, but new "glass" has a lot of plastic in it. proof, use 0000 on glass at night(now that was a loooong day) under halogens and see what I mean. one small pass on a 2000 bmw and I almost crapped my pants!!! lets just say I put that 0000 away real quick.

A smash repairer told me this too, but he put a zillion swirls on my windows using steel wool. Never going back to him. (he later admitted that on very rare occasions he has had a problem. Sigh)
