Hard Water Spots...etched or not?

Well after letting my car sit outside for the past 4 weeks...2 of which were near an airport, it now has spots all over the trunk and roof. It doesn't "feel" like its etched..but I couldn't remove it by hand with either SSR2.0 or Menzerna IP



I'm planning to do a full detail with my PC and LC Orange Pads...with Menzerna IP, do you guys think these will be removed?

What would AWOT do?



You will probably have some effect on them. Keep in mind that many things can cause that kind of etching. and some require different ways to get rid of. Some are there for good.
 
Update: They all came out with an Orange Pad and Menzerna Intensive Polish...except for a few that were in corners I couldn't reach with the 6" pad
