Sounds like Intensive is what I need. Do you follow with High Gloss then an LSP? I'll be using a PC to apply...

Yeah, the 1Z Intensive does require a follow-up and the 1Z High Gloss works well *unless* you mess up with the Intensive and leave those deep "tracer scratches". In that case you'll need to clear those up before switching to something as mild as the HG.

..I've been scouring this site and keep reading that 1z products are somewhat easy to use. So, even I might have a good shot at using them well. Is their "Pro Line" as easy to use as the Yellow/Green/Red canned products? thanks.

Nah, the Intensive and the High Gloss aren't as easy to use as the Yellow/Green/Red canned stuff (either the consumer or the 1-liter Pro-Line versons, which are the same with the exception of some versions of the Metallic Polish..yeah, that gets confusing).

The Y/G/R canned stuff is idiot-proof, and I mean that literally. The only way to mess up is to not work it long enough for the abrasives to break down and even that is just not very likely.

The Intensive really can bite you if you press too hard during the initial part of the process. I got heavy-handed (figuring it'd be necessary working by hand) on nasty water etching- yikes did I get some nasty scratches! Had to use 3M PI-III RC 05933 over and over to get 'em out.

And both the Intensive and the HG can be a bit of a pain to buff off if you overwork them (a little QD solves the problem IME), which can be a *little* of a learning curve as you do want to work them sufficiently to break down the abrasives. Also, if you use too much you'll get an oily residue that'll need cleaned off to see what's really going on.

The Intensive and HG are close to "Accumulator-proof", but that's not the same as "idiot-proof" ;) IMO the slightly less user-friendly nature are one of the prices you pay for having (only) two products that can pretty much do it all.
