It's a frigid 40 degrees here in Houston for Easter morning. Good thing the Easter Bunny has a built in fur coat. :snow:

Easter dinner for the wife and I will be rib roast with baked potatoes and asparagus. I just haven't decided if I should put the roast in the smoker or roast it on the grill. Dundee doesn't car since he'll get a bone either way.
