Hope its a great day with that huge multi-layer chocolate fudge cake from Costco and their awesome Vanilla Ice cream !!!

Side note: i really got to stay away from this site around the lunch hour. Reading things like ^ (multi-layer chocolate fudge cake) after eating my usual lunch salad sucks.

LOL - I`ve been staying away from the Lunch/Dinner Thread as it is.

Oh, back on topic....

Have a GREAT birthday, man! Have some of that cake and enjoy it

Thanks fellas! Cheesy potatoes are in the crock pot, just picked up some delicious steaks to throw on the grill.....gonna be a good night

If you are near a Costco, you have to go see that cake ! I think it weights 8 lbs !!!

And there is nothing wasted, it is all sooooo good...

But - you Need their vanilla 2-pack Kirkland excellent ice cream to cut the cake so you dont go OC (Overdose chocolate), and we have to
pick you up.. :)

I can only take it about once a year... :) Absolutely the best recipe, consistently perfect, been sampling it for 15 years or so...

Ok, I have to go to Costco to find this cake!

We should start a Costco cake thread - Dan F you can decide who`s Costco has the best looking cake. :)

DAN. you trying to make me gain weight?!?! Well, an occasional treat won`t hurt, right? And 8 lbs, that`s a small treat....every day....for about two weeks? :P

I`m not a big chocolate fan, but that does sound tempting, with the ice cream and everything. I`ll talk to the wife so we can go "check it out."

They also have a pretty good pumpkin pie. I LOVE pumpkin pie. Their`s is up there in taste, not the best, but it`s up there. And you get a nice, good sized pie at a great price!
