I sent him a text a couple days ago and wished him well.

It is with a heavy heart I read this today.

Prayers and condolences to Ron`s family.

When ever I have a great meal I`ll always think of you Ron, a fellow foodie for sure!

I`m grateful we took the time to meet and have lunch at one of the many great places you shared with us over the years.

God speed Ron, you will be missed by all of us.
 
Old Pirate & TropicSteve- Thanks for letting us know, and for your updates throughout Ron`s struggle. I`m confident that you *KNOW* how much your friendship and support meant to Ron and his people, and I hope you also realize how much your efforts meant to those of us here at Autopia.

My sincere condolences to his family, he was one of a kind and his passing undoubtedly left a void that can never quite be filled.
 
Ron will be missed by all that knew him. We will remember all his great advice and how fun-loving he was. It’s a sad day for the Autopia family and Vette lovers.

This is a very sad day. I enjoyed all of Ron’s
post, food and all. I will miss Ron. Prayers and
condolences to Ron’s family. He was loved here
by many.
 
Oh man, I was not expecting this would happen so quickly. I knew the outlook wasn’t good when I caught up with the thread yesterday but wow. I’m glad his suffering is over with as I can’t imagine how that must’ve been. Condolences to his family.
 
Blessings to the family... hard to lose a loved one. Ron shared with a lot of autopians and geeks and were all better for it.

I bet Rons got a special bottle of a super secret, one off, top shelf, 99% sio2 spray sealant and is gonna coat the heck out of his wings. Shiniest wings in heaven.

My deepest condolences to Ron`s family. I`m pretty much at a loss for words.

Even though I never met Ron I always considered him my friend. RIP Ron.
