Halogen exspectations

Hi, I wish I had never put up a 150 watt halogen above my car!!! I feel like all my work and efforts were usless,lol. The car looks so much better than what it did, all my friends drull over it,but deep down all I can see is the image of it in my garage under the "judge" ,the halogen..Im planning on going to homedepot and getting a halogen lamp stand with 2 1000 watt'ers. Will this just add to my pain?? And can I really expect it to look perfect under the halogen Gods?? lol , thx:xyxthumbs Im starting to think Im going over board the wifey says Ive already

You might also try a plain old incandescent trouble light, these work great for spotting marring too.



Getting things (really) perfect can often require a rotary or at least a Cyclo. And will involve removing a lot of paint/clear. Not always the best thing to do even if you *can* do it. If it's just gonna get marred again (which is the case with maybe 99.999% of "drivers"), I'd practice saying "good enough" until you're comfortable with that idea.



But yeah, you can usually get things perfect if you have the time, tools, and ability (and enough clear to work with). All that stuff can, of course, add up to a pretty big "if"
