I have seen this done in body shops with a torch and also with a torch and dry ice. Obviously it was done to a bare metal surface though.

Let me just warn some of you about trying this. There is a good chance the the paint could chip when popped back out like that. A PDR guy will work and easy the dent back.

All you need is a can of air duster! Don't need to cool anything :xyxthumbs
