Ray, this is an awesome value. I like BlackFire products but find myself only really using 2 of the 4 products listed. I'd probably pass on this go round. That said, you asked what I'd like to see in a group buy so I'll throw this out there. I'd like to see a group buy on a double bucket dolly system (white buckets or slots so you can see the level with Autopia logo), dolly connector (the metal ones AG lists), Grit Guards, screw in sealed lids and seats with maybe 4 quality wash mitts and a premium shampoo as your second group buy. I'd get involved in this one if the price is right.
 
If you continue to do this kinda stuff in the summer months, ill be purchasing a TON of stuff!

Cant afford it right now :(
 
I liked the AG BOGO offers where you could choose from a list of products. They did this most often with the DP products when most products were in the $15 to $17 range.

I feel like group buys for products would need something like this due to the fact that everyone has different wants. Like this for example, I wouldn't need the shampoo or tire dressing, but maybe I could use the rinseless wash and pad cleaner or something.

I think the concept is great though, the hard part will be figuring out what products everyone would want. And when new products release that may be a great time to give forum members a chance to try it at an event greater discount than 20-25%. Or have a group buy and the more people interested the cheaper it gets. Let's say if you had CarPro Essence on group buy when it released. Start by offering maybe 20% off for X amount of committed buyers, and for each 5 or so after the discount gets deeper until you reach 30% off or whatever you want it to be. I also think you may have a bigger success with items such as polishers, wash kits, tools, etc.

These are just my thoughts from other group buys I've seen/participated in.
 
I sense this is the beginning of something great, would be into this one for the Gel but i have no use for the rest, great value for those who'd need these products though.

Overall this is a great idea and system, thanks for doing this Ray.
 
Great idea. I just don't need two of the four products. Maybe a group buy on one product would work better. Please keep trying ideas.
 
How about a group buy on some microfiber towels? I`m talking about some high quality Korean made (sourced) big GSM towels. I would be in for about 25 if the price is right. I just don`t need 100 from a warehouse reseller.
 
Someone must have slipped something in my drink. I didn`t notice this thread until today.

I`d love to get a text message whenever Autopia has new Vega Deals, new products, or any type of sale or group buy.
