Griots window cleaning tool

Does any have one? Has anyone used one? How many cleanings are the bonnets good for? Is there a less expensive version?



I would like to use this tool to help clean the bottom edge and corners of my rear window and windshield. I need to find a technique which works for me to clean these areas.

I've had one for about a year. I've only used the MF bonnet. It works exactly as advertised and gets those impossible lower edges where the glass meets the dashboard. If you are concerned about cleaning those hard to reach areas, the tool does a great job.



I'm pretty sure I've seen it elsewhere...maybe in the California Car Covers catalog??

Wrap an MF around a spatula and you have the same thing. Save your money and spend it on more deserving gadgets.

I also found this tool at ecklers and autosport. TOL sells a Similar product.



I could not find the tool on the Easteood site.

I use the one from Top of the Line and it works great for me, especially on those odd sport car windows that only a gymnist can reach by some freakish contortion.

You can find the one that is on Griots site on ebay for about 1/2 the price. Just search for "Glass Master". It really is a pretty good product.

A GREAT TOOL!



It's a must if you own or are going to detail a 911 porsche. It's the only way to get the back window clean. A spatula won't work cause of the angle and the rear deck speakers get in the way. The hinges on the tool allow you to get into an angle and can be reversed...

You can most likely find it cheaper at your local parts store. I see those things all over.

Agree...Griots is always on the pricey side...I bought one from them a long time ago when ordering some other stuff (interior cleaner and wheel cleaner).



The concept of the tool is great..
