Posted this the other day in the detailing forum...thought it would be worth while to repeat here:



Griot Product Review



Window Cleaner (incl wipes) - A+

Lint Free Paper Towels (for Window Cleaning) - A++

Speed Shine - B (prefer Final Inspection)

Clay - A (works good, but haven't used other clay)

Boars Hair Wash Brush - B+ (a bit too big for my car)

Under Carriage Spray - A (clever product)

100% Cotton Towels - A (love them)

MF Wax and Polish Towels - C (didn't like the sharp edges/binding)

Rubber Cleaner - A+

Wash Bucket - A+ (but expensive)

Rubber and Vinyl Dressing - B+ (not bad, but prefer Lexol and 3M)

Leather Scent - A+

Plastic Polish - A

Plastic Cleaner - A

Brushes 10224 - C (too big, hair falls out too easily)

Large Foam Swabs - A+

Three Finger Sponge - A++++ (nothing better for cleaning the inside of my alloys)

Metal Polish Cloths - A+

Double ended swabs - A++ (these are great for dressing rubber trim on car)

Window Cleaner Set 90247 - B- (MF bonnet leaves lint)

Micro Fiber Gloves - A+

Tire Brush - A (expensive..like a lot of products, can be bought else where)

Blue Detailing Sponges - A

Four Detail Brushes 15507 - A

Engine Gloss Spray - A-

Platic Coated Impact Socket Set - A+



Haven't tried polishes or waxes.....have heard negative reports form others and are very happy with 3M and P21S products....so why bother?



Customer service first class....never a problem to replace or refund

While I thank you for the "report card" on those products I want to know just how much all that stuff cost you??



Man that must of been like a months rent. :shocked



Groit's is not cheap at all.

Sure Griots is not cheap.......and I know you can find a lot of things elsewhere....but not everything. You pay for what you get and with Griots you get good products, great services and convenience.



I'm sure I have spent a lot this year on car care, but I concours my Boxster and have had some good results...so in my mind its worth it.
