This is one of my good friends' 350z that I had the priveledge of making it shine and bringing it back to life. I enjoyed working on this car because I had a while to play around with it while I did other cars... He was in the Phillipines while his car was taken care of. I tried some new products that I haven't tried on this car.

Just an FYI the front bumper and rear bumper is getting painted this week so he will be back for me to cut and buff it out. We jsut got the majority of the car done while he was on vacation.

50/50 shot of the carpets getting done. On the driver side floor mat those are actually wear marks, the carpet actually got removed from the heels.

All done with the floor mats, I even took a carpet towel and lightly rubbed the carpet cleaner on the Z logo to clean it up a little bit. It helped, but I didn't want to tear up the embroidery

Here's the driver seat. Very neglected and cracked. I couldn't do anything about the cracks, but I cleaned and rejuvenated the seats.

Thank you for looking!

Ya I have a Griot's Garage really close to me... Other Stuff I order from autogeek. I wasn't really impressed with the best of show wax on this car (first time I've used it). I think I'm gonna order some FK 1000 or something else.

damn that poor car was disgusting. Came out looking great though. May i ask where you got that brush attachment for your PCXP?

You just use that with some APC or some form of a carpet cleaner and brush with the PCXP?

I got the brushes from autogeek.. They have 4 options there's a soft white (which I used on the leather seats) there's a hard white (I used for the carpets) and there's a teal and a black one... I used Griot's Garage Carpet Cleaner

Thanks everyone for your comments!

Dang, what does your friend use that car for? Is he running a landscape business out of? Carrying bags of topsoil inside it and strapping the shovels to the paint? That is almost criminal abuse of a nice car.

Nice save.

I agree with tss, never give it back.

BOS wax is one of the few Griots products I am not impressed with. Most of their stuff is pretty nice.

I agree with that! I love Griot's products, but I don't think they have the best exterior stuff like polishes, glazes, and the wax. I use their sealant and window polish. but the machine polish and wax I wont really use.

that poor Z -- i can see the curb rash wheel and looks like they hit something.

I can't understand how people can live with a car that filthy

Great work!!! If the owner neglected the appearance of this car that bad I can only imagine how the engine internals look like.

Yea I'd be curious too... He's got a set of 20's going on this and getting his bumpers repainted. We will have some new pics here soon! I just got the call from his neighbor with the corvette today and he told me to keep the car for a week.

Wow, great example of a car that has been abused and neglected. You did a nice job with it, but some of that abuse would actually take effort. How the heck does someone manage to do that to a car??
