+1 on sea sponges. They are terrific! Way better than Schmit and MF mits etc. I'm fortunate to live near Tarpon Springs so I have a great Greek meal and purchase sponges right off the docks!

They are expensive but very worth it!

LOL! My folks took a 4 week cruise and stopped and vacationed in the Greek Isles. Can you believe I had a total brain fart and forgot to ask them to buy me sponges?! When they got back I asked if they saw any and my father said there were thousands of massive sponges.



You're fortunate that you can pick through them and find nice shapes and sizes for washing. Maybe you can hook a brother up! :D Nice big ones that are shaped in half moons.



If Spoiled Man can get people to swipe their paint with a Home Depot grout sponge than I have to get people to try the real deal sponge! They blow away grout sponges and this nonsense of trapped shells is so overblown that most people who have never used one knock it.
