GREAT DEAL at Walmart on Meguiars.

Down here in L.A. they are still $20... it could be that just the super-Walmarts have them for $10 and the nearest is 30min from me.
 
The super Walmart near my house had them for $10.00. There are none left.

The super Walmart about 7 miles from my house has them for $20.00. They have 3 shelves of them. I asked that Auto dept mgr about selling them for $10.00 since the other Walmart did. He replied, "Mine are $20.00."

yep, i remember them doing that a year or so ago as well. you could tell, there were a bunch of nxt 2.0 bottles alone on the shelves with no box and applicator like they usually come in...

Same here, they did that at the regular Walmart around the corner.
 
That sucks, I hope that's not the case for my walmart. I suppose you'd expect this kind of thing, to maximize returns...
 
Any members in Northern NJ stumble upon this deal?



I remember last year they had the same thing, but I couldn't find it and I went to 2-3 different stores.

if they are not in the automotive section where all the other stuff is, check on the end of the aisle on an endcap or surrounding kiosk. also, check and see if there is a clearance section in the auto section as well...
 
My local Wal-Mart has them at $18... and has a ton still. :/



What does everyone think of those interior wipes that come with the kit? I've never been fond of those types of products and have been worried that they'd do more harm than good (much like the Armor-All garbage they're modeled after).
 
i used the wipes, works just like the normal QID... just ready to go... and my local walmart sold out of these packages before christmas, so if youre looking for one, chances are they may have already sold out
 
I went back to the Walmart #2 near me.

Quick update: Walmart #1 in my neighborhood put the kits on sale for $10 and they were all gone after a couple of days. I bought 2.

I went to Walmart #2 a bit further from me 2 weeks ago just in case they had any kits there and hopefully a couple three left. I saw Walmart #2 had 3 shelves full of the kits for $20. I asked if they'd match the $10 price of the other Walmart and the Auto Manager said "Well mine are $20".

I returned there this past Thursday just in case he came to his senses. Nope, still $20 and still 3 shelves full, not 1 kit was sold between my 2 visits.

Gonna drop in again sometime this week. :)

Same here, I'm going to check again, they have it at $10 and I hope they drop the price.
