Detailing NY

I went to costco today (it is a wholesale club for those who dont know) and what a deal i got. 100 terry cloth towels, the heavy duty kind for $45.00. I then found tire wet look spray, forgot who made it though, i am too lazy to go outside and look. I got this for about $7.00 for 3 32oz bottles.

I already have a power washer, but those who are looking they have one for 150.00 with all the attachments.

Is it the purple and black can of No Touch wet and protect? I got that 3 pack from Costco a few months ago. I like what it does for my tires.

yep, that is what i bought. i have several cases of tire shine already from a different company, but i could not pass up the bargin.

Usually those types of terry towels are NOT actually 100% cotton even though they may claim to be. If you look closely at the small print on the package it usually says Made in Pakistan or other foreign country. These will cause scratches and swirls!

<strong class='bbc'>i checked it out, it said made in the usa with 100% cotton. thanks for the heads up
:up [/b]</blockquote>
the big bag of terry towels that i got from costco are pretty rough textured. i don't use them on my paint, but they're pretty good for applying 303 and scrubbing stuff that won't scratch. wonder if we got the same towels.

I bought those terry pack towels from Costco myself a while ago and they definitely aren't something you want to use on your paint. They do say 100% cotton made in the USA, but they aren't soft or plush at all! I used to use them on my rims, but I've since stopped. They feel like sandpaper when damp!
