A friend had a mess with cement splatter on her new black civic. I did a search on here and learned that vinegar was best for cement removal. Sure enough, after soaking each spot for 15 minutes, they practically dissolved before my eyes. As soon as I read it I realized that it's logical that the acid in the vinegar would dissolve the lime of the cement, but I never would have thought of it by myself. My thanks to jngrbrdman and others for the great advice.:thx
