Greased Lightening

Hey all. Don't hang out over here much but had a question.

Is greased lightening about the same as Zep citrus?

I do not live close to a HD any more and was wanting to find another OTC degreaser that I can find at lowes or wally world? I am wanting something to pretreat my microfibers and pads with before the cleaning/washing.

Hey Jenn,

I have to admit Greased Lightening has to be one of the best over the counter spray cleaners I've ever used. My wife tried this stuff one day, without my permission, and has now confiscated my supply it works so good. :rofl

I've never tried Zep Citrus but Greased Lightening is absolutely awesome! :bigups

Really?? Its been a few years... well like 10, but when I was a bit younger a friend and I used it to clean a set of white American racing rims on his truck. Well we got distracted by something or someone and it sat on the wheel for an hour.

When we came back guess what, the paint was pealed. :wall So he washed it off with the hose and now he had polished steel wheels.. lol.:hmmm:

Anyway it used to be pretty strong stuff, not sure if it still is. It does clean stuff around the house very well.
 
I can say that it lifts dirt and stains out of white tiles very well, does a great job cleaning grout too. Never used it on a car.
