Grand Cherokee #16

Steps: (1 month ago)

DACP/yellow/PC

#9/white/pc

#16 hand

wanted an hour #16

waited a week #16

1 month and 5 washes (EO WET) later here are the results....

AIO on the wheels, Armor All on the tires (buffed off after an hour).....I like it and its cheap and durable! Customers don't mind it either, as long as its buffed off.....

And for the pics.....

looks great, and has a nice wet look about it...maybe you have larger pics where we can see more? keep up the good work

Nice

Try a little AIOon the roof rack and door handles next time. You can also use some acidic chrome wheel cleaner (I use Eagle 1 chrome + wire wheel chellener in black bottle) on the exposed exhaust tip to make it look like new...but knowing you you will probably be replacing the exhaust in the near future anyway :lol

I like the way you debadged it.

How big are your Revos? Looks like about 30" or so.

Thanks guys... I'm happy with how it looks.

Rob - they are 245/70/16s and the exhaust will be replaced in the next few months. I've still got that Cat from my old jeep.

I noticed the same last week after two coats of #16 - it really brings the metallic out! And the first time I hosed it off the crazy water beading made me giggle like a 5-year old... but I'm pretty sure my neighbours heard me. :o

Looks great! Very wet looking!

Did you QD at all, or is that purely 1 month old #16 shining through?

That looks amazing!

A lot of work done, but damn...what a payoff! Keep it up!

Yeap, it was/is a lot of work, but I wouldn't do it if I didn't enjoy it!

BTW the windows were done with 0000 steel wool and Stoner's. First time doing it that way and I really like it....
