I feel your pain man...I really do. I got keyed a few years ago when a subordinate at work decided that he didn't like me telling him to do something again, simply b/c he was too lazy to do it right the first time. I ended up firing him for another issue, but he decided to scratch my car by leaving a single scratch on each of car's panels. I'd also recommend some sort of video survelience (possibly on the roof of the building, if that's possible). He may not try anything else, but at least he knows that you suspect him, and that your p/o about it. Keep us updated!
