Got a new car, and want these results!!!

Well after picking the car up on Saturday today is the first day the sun has been out and I saw a bit more spider webbing than I wanted too! Prob comes from the lax washing at the dealer. So now looks like I'm gonna have to step back to ssr1.

Since its light and I don't want to incur marring, I assume its best to use a white pad with the ssr1??

So it will be:

Ssr1 - white
PwS - black
Black hole - black
ExP - red
Natty's red/blue - red

Didn't really wanna start at square one, now I'm wondering if I should clay bar too!! Ugh :wall

Welp!! Finished up yesterday! Car looks immaculate (pics to come) but for some reason there's a haze at random places over the car...what gives??

I let all the waxes/polishes dry and buffed with a micro

it may be some marring from too much pressure with an abrasive product? where in AL do you live?

I've never clayed my truck...LOL. then again, its a tow pig so, i just like to keep it looking good.

I don't think its marring as I didn't give much pressure and only used ssr1 with a white pad.

I'm near Huntsville

Fairly good possibility it is product hazing. Try using a QD and go over the vehicle with a couple of fresh microfiber towels.

or go with ssr1 and a black pad. I had the same problem with some black limos....call poorboys and was told the white pad may have been too agressive for the ssr1

Gonna give the qd some work first! The last thing I wanna do is step back to the start after about 8-10 hrs of work!

if you only have the problems in certain areas, especially if its just say, a fender or quarter panel, just go through the processes on those particular panels. I wouldnt go through the whole thing again.

Here are some pics of the detail!! :rockon

That color and to some degree the body styling is so reminiscent of the late 60's early 70's Mopar products. It is missing the 440 six-pack decal :D

 :wow:  Hope you have some friends that are State Troopers

Congrats and Enjoy
