Goodbye Swirleyville

I have a great number of minor swirlies covering the entire body of my 'white 94 Regal though one area (passenger door) its extremely bad. Nothing I did, as it was like that from the previous owner before I was an autopian.

I'm looking for the best swirl remover product for use via hand. Here is the product that I was considering, Meguiars' #1 Medium-Cut Cleaner:

I use all of them, but you probably don't need the fine cut compound.

The SMR does work by hand, it's just hard to remove bad swirls with it when using it buy hand. FI2 works well when used by hand, just polish in back and forth motions[bumper to bumper] keep rubbing until it's just about dry, than remove. This is when i use the SMR it removes the haze that FI2 can caus. apply it in the same way as FI2.

Use the SMR first, if it doesn't do the job use FI2.

This week-end we had an exeptionaly 60°F, so I decided to start removing some scratches and swirls.

My arm is still soar.

I don't get it:we use the softest stuff to wash,dry,buff,...

And still we have swirls.

And to get rid of them is such a hard chore.I don't get it...

I must confess I used Turtle stuff for the job (my order of Magiuars is on the move...) ,and maybe I'm a bit to gentle, afraid of making things worse as they are.
