Good, mild OTC seat cleaner?

My seats are "Action Leather" (AKA vinyl) with "performance Suede" (AKA, not really suede) inserts. I want something mild as a pre cleaner, I was thinking just some heavily diluted Woolite, then use the Megs leather and vinyl protectant. What does everybody else use for fake leather? :hm
