Great Job on the Gtechniq Video with Mike Phillips. Mike and yourself answered alot of question and conerns for a noob detailer. :yourrock Also great job Stig for marketing the video on various forum :bigups
That Stang was a beauty and I would love to hear your opinion on the EXO appication along with some tip and tricks that you learned while applying it. I will be EXOing my car and wonder if there is anything you learned that could help me. I also wonder if the application and wipe off towels were trash or we they salavagable?
It looked nice to have a crew of people on every pannel. I wish that I would have be able to see that car in the direct sunlight. Candy Apple Red with Gold flake is something to see. There is a local Sunday AM car hang out I stop by sometimes and a guy has an older vette painted that color (not sure his gold flake is real gold). Candy Apple Red is just crazy when done right.
Hey Todd, wanted to say thanks for all your insights last nite during the 1965 Mustang detail. Really found all those little things adding up to make a big difference. Can't wait to try multiple coats of BFCS during my next detail, but that will unfortunately have to wait until our south FL weather decides to cool down a bit. Was very pleasantly surprised how much I picked up by watching the "gurus" to their thing. Always a pleasure watching an artist work!
Again my sincerest thanks for all the help and your willingness to share!! :yourrock , Nick R and all the people at AG I've had the pleasure working with. Outstanding customer service just seems to be the norm rather then the exception.

Also I never knew you could clay a car that fast, I was going way to slow until I saw Mike doing it.
LOL, no kidding. That was amazing and eye opening at the same time. I would typically move the clay at a much slower rate where Mike was hauling a$$ with that clay bar-literally as fast as he could move it. Another surprise was the way Mike & Todd buffed off the polish, just taking a little bit at a time. Again, those small things add up.
Yea the I will be claying much quicker now. I missed the Polish removal part had to step away from the computer. I was surprised how easy EXO was to apply.
EXO looked really good on that car but imo, it wasn't a "Bubba Proof" product and therefore wouldn't be for me. The thing is it's "semi" permanent which simply sucks all the fun out of detailing/polishing my car. I wouldn't have anything to do on the weekend if I used EXO - lol. For some, it's a blessing for me it would be a curse. Like breaking out the DA every 3-4 mos and getting my hands dirty. Just sayn....
haha, it is dd - I'm very fortunate to be driving her. I gravitate to Audi as I feel they offer the perfect blend of performance and luxury. And I'm a sucker for that German car feel. The Ibis White is an awesome color as a daily driver but it doesn't have that depth of shine that you can only get out of those beautiful dark colors. But it looks pretty damn good if I have to say so myself. lol
Your car is absolutely stunning in person. White is a perfect compliment to Audi's sedans. Excellent car!

I just saw the pics Stuart..:rockon amazing car its probably going to be my next car. Is the Ibis White a pearl paint?
Nope, it's literally what I like to call "refrigerator white" - flat pure white. Has no yellow or creme in it. When Audi revealed the new A6 at the Frankfurt show, guess what color the car wasAnd for better or worse, white hides many of the imperfections that plague the darker colors. I personally love the color but YMMV. In terms of fun, tough to better this sedan - it gets so much just right.
I love white, my TL is pearl white and my TSX is Black. To me white looks just as classy as black. :bigups
