Good Combo for Red Expedition

Looking for a good combo to use on my wifes '03 Red Expediition. It's more of a strawberry metallic color. Paint is in great shape just some light spider swirls. From what I was reading from all your great info I was either thinking VM/EX-P or VM/WG. Or if anyone has any recommedations of combos to try please chime in. The truck spends allot of its time in the garage usually only driven on the weekends. Thanks in advance
 
I like very simple combos....Here's a red Explorer (2003) that I did yesterday. P21s paintwork cleanser followed with Megs #16.

That color is pretty similar to mine, I have the Arizona Beige trim (eddie bauer). If you layer the #16 does it add any depth.
 
From my experience with #16.....It's plenty deep with nice paint .....I've never needed to layer it, but it couldn't hurt. Go for it:up and post some pics.
 
I'm not familiar with Ford red paint but I am very familiar with Ford paint in general and on my black 04' Expedition, it just loves Klasse AIO and P21S Carnauba. I'm sure the red would react the same since it's a dark color.
 
Meg's #83 DACP, Meg's #82 SFP, Meg's #81 HP, NXTx2 and finally topped with Meg's #26. I had to do some extensive surface prepping, my truck is not park in a garage. Hence the need for Meg's #83 DACP, Meg's #82 SFP.
