Gonna use a PC for first time tomorrow

I bought a PC 7336 @ Lowe's a couple weeks ago, figured it'd be worth it since I get my employee discount w/ it, and then purchased a Sonus SFX pad kit, a bottle of PB EX-P and a bottle of Liquid Souveran. And I still have my bottle of Sonus SFX-3 polish that I've used twice (it's the older version)

So I have a few last minute questions. Should I apply SFX with the white polishing pad (medium) or the blue pad (I have 2 blue pads, I ordered an extra one when I bought the kit) and when using the polish, sealant and wax? I know to dab the pad around the whole car before beginning, but is this how I should start:

Speed 3 for the first pass... then bump it up to speed 5 or 6? I wanna make sure I do it right. Also, I know every product description on websites that sell a PC say "Let the machine work under its own weight" but then I read posts on this forum with people saying "Put some pressure on there... don't baby the PC" so do you recommend I put a little pressure on there?

Current plan is as follows:

Wash - Gold Class

Clay - Sonus Ultra Fine (Clayed 2 months ago with Mothers California Gold, so Ultra fine is all I need)

Wash - just a quick wash, nothing fancy

Polish - Sonus SFX 3 (white medium polishing pad or blue finish pad???)

Sealant - EX-P (let dry for 30 minutes, remove, then I wanna add a second coat... should I wait till the next day, or do it about an hour after the first is ok?)

Wax - Liquid Souveran I'm gonna put on once I get about 3, maybe 4 coats of EX-P

I'm not familiar with the sonus line,

however you will have to do a few test spots

since u have 1 bottle of polish, try a regular polishing pad then if you have a light or med cut pad you can move up to that, or get a little stronger polish.

there is a learning curve, dont waste your time doing the whole car, until you get your test spots right.

as far as pressure goes, give it a little pressure, put a piece of plastic wrap over a bathroom scale, and push down on the pc (with the pad) to about 15 lbs.. wax application is about 5 lbs

Thanks for the advice, I may try an abrasive polish sometime, but I wanna do that after I get comfortable using the PC. I supposed I should also mention my car is a galaxy silver Grand Prix, so 90% of the swirls/scratches in my paint, I basically can't even see. So it's not a huge concern right now.
