So I did the car last night, put on a coat of megs Show car glaze, then a coat of NXT. Tomorrow I want to put on another coat of glaze, and then a coat of 26 carnuba wax.

How should i clean the car tomorrow? just QD it? or should i use the NXT wax booster spray?

Why the next coat of glaze? just curious. Was the car driven since you did the last coat of NXT? if it is dirty and you can safely QD it do that. IF you think it needs a wash give it a wash (better safe than sorry). I wouldnt use the booster wax as a qd but I am not too familiar with the product and its functions.

If it were me I'd give it another coat of NXT. You already put the glaze on it and you can only put so much glaze on. #7 is very oily and your paint cannot absorb excess oils so you will just be wiping it all off anyway. The NXT will act to seal the glaze and keep the wet look longer. If you want to top with #26 a day after that it would work but I personally like the look of NXT alone.

the car is my daily driver, it has been driven today.

So the second coat of glaze is unessesary. I still want to throw a coat of nxt over it. so if it's just covered in dust/pollen QD it. If there's any dirt or crap on it give it a washing.

NXT is not really a layerable product from what I've read on the Megs forum.

You can do two coats at most but the reason is more to make certain that there are no missed spots. Since it contains a cleaner it will, for the most part, remove the previous layer of NXT. Letting the first coat cure for 12-24 hours before recoating as you've done will give you the best results though.

To clean it, I believe Megs recommends a wash after the first coat has dried rather than QD but your best bet would be to check there (my memory isn't what it used to be :wall )
