I just removed mine from my M3. I heated it up with a hair dryer and then just began to peel from one end. It took a little bit of scraping with the finger nail and reheating, but eventually came off as one piece. It was a type of latex paint I think.

Does your M3 have fabric or vinyl visors? How much of the sticker imprint / shadow remains after sticker removal?
