Jim Carrey (D!ck) and Tea Leoni (Jane), are a married successful couple, who one day lose it all when Jane quits her job and D!ck loses his. They hit rock bottom and end up becoming robbers to make ends meet. Before they know it, it makes them successful again.

That is my BRIEF synopsis of the movie. I don't want to ruin anything. Yeah, it looked funny on the commercials, but in the full-version, it has to be one of the funniest movies Liz and I have ever seen. We truly could not stop laughing throughout the entire picture.

Don't bring the kids on this one. It has some language and is mostly based around how bad business can ruin your life (reminded me of Enron). Although extremely hysterical, it was certainly an eye-opener to what can happen.

I am certain you won't be disappointed.

Planning on seeing it...out of curiousity...how do you fell about other Jim Carrey movies. Somehow, I've actually met people that don't really like him or think his movies are funny. Doesn't even seem possible to me...

theeloved1: I am a "case-by-case" guy with Jim Carrey. Some stuff is funny, some is just plain dumb. I can insure you there is no slapstick humor in this one, hence my high rating :).

I think he's a talented guy. He's got great facial expressions. I saw Ace Ventura in the theater and loved it; a cult classic. I also loved Dumb and Dumber. I saw it in the theater too and nearly puked from laughing so hard. Those movies were so stupid, that they were funny. Cable Guy was great too. I loved the Medeival Times scene.

Lots of good movies are out. I'm going to see Munich tomorrow. I also want to check out Chronicles of Narnia. I loved the book as a kid. Looks like it's doing better than Kong.

I've liked all his comedies except Cable Guy and Man on the Moon...which was barely OK for what I'd look from outta him. I haven't cared much for his more serious roles...I know I can't wait to see this movie though.
