glazing

Is it ok to polish and glaze your car after you wash it??????? See my mom's car (2002 GP GT black) is getting hairline little microscratches in it and well we don't have a clay bar or cleaners yet. But what we want to do is polish it and then glaze it with some products like Meguiars professional hand polish, then follow up with Meguiars show car Glaze. So this is what we want to do or do we need to clay it and clean it before we go to the polishing and glazing??????

yes i was. Maybe thinking of using some Pinnacle Souveran or klasse. I like more the deep acrylic look of synthetic wax rather than just the wet look. Me not liking abrasives, what's a good polish to use that will "hide" the swirl marks. Wanna try to keep as much paint on the car as possible. I'l try to get some pics of my truck and my mom's car shortly:xyxthumbs

This face kills me --------------------> :shocked

if you;re going to klasse, forget about the glaze. the fillers will be stripped right off. you may get some very minor improvement, but probably nothing you can even notice

What medic said.

Route 1: Hide swirls by glazing and waxing.

Route 2: Hide swirls by layering SG a few times.

Of course you should try to polish out as much as you can beforehand, since filling/hiding doesn't really work miracles.
