Glass Cleaner, what kind?

I like Surf City better than Stoners as well. I also have Sprayway, NXT, Bon Ami Professional window cleaner, Duragloss 751 & 761 and Sparkle which I use for the instrument panel and headlight lenses since it won't etch. Hey, I like variety. :D

Megs D-line glass cleaner here! Used Stoners cleaner for awhile but it seemed like the inside of my windshield fogged up, it doesnt do that with the d-line cleaner.

I agree with the Stoners comments BUT...OTC at HD or Lowes you'll find a gallon size jug of Zep Glass Cleaner Concentrate. 4 ounces of concentrate to 1 gallon of distilled water and use only distilled water and you'll have what I believe to be the most economical and best OTC GC. The label clearly says Safe For Tinted Windows. I've used it in direct sunlight and no streaking to be seen. If the glass is really dirty just go over it twice. For $10.00 a gallon of concentrate you just can't go wrong!

Zep is excellent!!!

Darn and all this time I've just been using windshield washer fluid in a spray bottle, one less thing to buy since I also put it in the cars windshield washer fluid resevoir. Hasn't harmed my tint and doesn't streak. I've tried ammonia free glass plus but that stuff I swear is just dishwashing soap and water. It's just a streaky soapy mess. I find that if you keep up cleaning with your glass interiors just wipe clean with a dry mf cloth and maybe a spray onto the cloth of winshield washer fluid.
