give my new site makeover some feedback

I like it. Reminds me that I'm in desparate need of a website. Are you planning on putting up a Facebook link somewhere?

Any interest in adding Autopia.org to your Affiliates page? We'd love you to represent!

Overall it looks really nice, Eric! Not sure I like the animation of the links across the top navigation bar, and I'd look at one of the gallery scripts that allows you to browse the pictures without using the back arrow in the browser after every one you view... but other than that it's good.

C- i didnt even think about that! good call, ill have to mention that to him

D - I rarely use facebook for advertising in the past, but I think I will be starting that soon, so Ill have to add that as well - totally forgot about it! oops!

Looks pretty good. Need to add some meta tags and edit the gallery. Maybe make each individual gallery have its own slide show?

Do you monitor your sites activity at all?

yeah I look at it from time to time...

what the heck are meta tags? I guess I can google that

Meta tags are mainly used for search engine optimization.... they go in the "head" part of the page code and provide keywords for search engines to find your pages more frequently and more easily.

DOH, I guess that is kinda important! LOL

Ill have to get him on this ASAP.

Is there a way I can check to see what was used, if it was done? I dont know anything about website stuff

Very, very nice. Very professional. I like the background and the gallery, although I agree with Charlie about having to use back on the browser after looking at big pics. Although, personally I like how the links move when you scroll over them. It gives a little feedback and livens it up a little. Real good makeover.

I like it alooottt better than the other one Eric. I really like the contrast between the background and the fonts and the fact that everything is very "sectioned" off. MUCH BETTER and sharper.

Nice web site but I would think about changing the color, black is not the best for a cleaning business.

what makes you say that? I dont think that the color of the site is dependent on the industry

The site is easy to navigate, gets to the point very quickly, and doesn't leave me with very many questions or frustrations. Good job Eric, looks great !

Eric, I’ll add my 2 cents if I may.

Over all the site looks very good, easy to navigate and all the relevant information is easily at hand.

As mentioned by Wash Me, the colours chosen for a website can be reflective and descriptive to the viewer normally at a sub conscious level. However overall I think you are getting your message across nicely.

The animations look good and function well.

If I have one criticism, I’m not a fan of the patterned background; I think it takes away from the overall image. Personally I think it looks dated or vintage, something I feel would suit a fabric shop if that makes sense.

I think a nice crisp solid background would really lift the overall image of the site.

Now keep in mind this is my opinion only and no disrespect intended.

Cheers Daniel
