getting AXE smell out of car

I had a kid spray some deoderant crap called AXE in my car. He was being annoying and I was giving him a ride. Now my car stinks of that stuff. It's been about two days riding around with windows down and all. I want to get rid of the smell. I'm probably going to try to wipe down the cloth interiors with a wet towel with maybe some detergent on it. Hopefully that'll do it.

Let me know if you have any good advice on how to get rid of the smell. Thanks.
 
From the commercials AXE is suposed to make you smooth w/ the ladies! Smoother than the mullet wax! Im sure the combination would make the ladies go crazy!

To answer your question, yes you should try cleaning your car. If that does not work post back with what you did and what if anything changed as a result.
 
I'm sure if you were to lure a Skunk into your vehicle, the AXE scent would be diminished. :lmfao :lmfao

Samman23, Don't worry about cleaning your car. Sell it to Focusedonsound. He'll buy it just because of the way it smells.

Seriously though, the answer to your problem is time, enough will go by and smell will be gone. I had a guy who wanted his car cleaned because it smelled like perfume. He must have been married!! There was nothing I could do.

Unfortunatly im not...although if they want to pay me they can :)

I just went to google and typed in AXE body spray and thats what I got.

But if you have seen the commercials girls flock to the guys who use axe .... it must be like the mullet!
