I know I'm probably misinterpreting what you said, but I just want to make sure - are you saying to put the GEPC on, then put the S100 on top of it, without wiping the GEPC off? I went the #9/GEPC/S100 route and wow - goodbye Zaino!

He's saying to apply the GEPC, buff it right off, and then apply the s100 wax - don't wash the car after the application of GEPC.

I tried S100 a couple of months ago I bought it because of Guru Reports I heard that it was the same as P21s It is one of the finest waxes that I ever used I havent heard to much about it until I found this forum Im glad that I am not alone

Just curious. Are y'all using GEPC on new car finishes?

Yep. I know I do. It is such a mild polish anyway and using it prior to P21S/S100 makes the wax glide on even easier.

Besides, new paint does not always equal perfect unblemished paint.

GEPC leaves the paint feeling really smooth and slick, but doesnt have the wet look of megs hand polish or no 7. I was thinking i would no longer need these after GEPC, i was wrong, if you want a wetter look i would advise GEPC then Megs Hand polish, and top with P21s/S100, i did at the weekend results are amazing, just in time for the first show of the year on sat!

The application of GEPC followed by another polish experience of Rich reminds me of a post not long back about the improved appearance when GEPC/SEPC was followed by AIO. Whoever posted that info felt there was considerable difference when the two products were used consecutively compared to either one used alone.

It seems that GEPC/SEPC is just what it is advertised to be, a paint cleaner.

Do people get the same results with just GEPC/SEPC followed by P21S/S100?

I tried one panel, GEPC topped with P21s

One panel GEPC, polished with megs hand polish and waxed with P21s.

and obsessive i know one panel, GEPC, Hand polish, thn show car glaze and the P21s that one looked the best!

You should be able to purchase SEPC from your Harley dealer.

So, in your case, the GEPC was possibly a waste of time and effort.

Now try your Megs Hand Polish/Megs #7/P21S without GEPC.

When the weather gets a little better, I plan to try the SEPC, AIO, S100 procedure. The AIO/S100 looked good, but based on the post about improved results with the SEPC thrown in there, I have to try it.

The Megs Hand Polish, I have never used. Megs #7 was such a PIA for me to use that I gave it away. The combinations I presently use, AIO/S100, and AIO/UPP, are very easy to use. I like easy.:)

I wouldnt say a waste of time, it left the suface very slick and smooth, but wasnt as wet looking as with a glaze. May use it as a base for autoglym and try that. Other wise i will use it occasioanlly to get really clean paint.

Scottwax,

What's your favorite combo now? I was just looking at your thread with the Vanilla Moose & P21S. That Porsche looks awesome!

Vanilla Moose and S100 in the shade and Vanilla Moose and Moose Wax if no shade is available. Either option gives outstanding results.

You can use S100 as a carnuaba topper on the Klasse with no problems at all. In fact, alot of people suggest it. I have 4x SG on my F150 now and plan on trying S100 as a topper in the spring.
