GEM orbital?

$30 in my local classifieds.

Seems pretty serious (16lbs, 11"), not really meant for autos, but retail for $300ish new.

Would you?

(Who knows, I may need to detail the space shuttle or some such shyt)

For $30 i'd pick it up in a heart beat! I sometimes regret selling mine. Especially when I have large flat panels to do. For $30 if you get it you won't feel bad if you only use it once a year. LOL And if you decide you don't like it I'll buy it from you. :)

Ok, bought it, and it kicks arse.

IT'S BIG!!!

Since I can't PM; Danase, you've got first crack at it if you want it.

And since I've been eying that wet glaze of yours.....

I dont think it oscillates/rotates fast enough to get any real correction. I think i remember reading its max opms is either 1600 or 1700.....a pc's is 6000. It looks like it would be a great tool for wood working though.

I still have mine from 1987, still works as new, after 100's of cars. Never used it with foam, just the terry and velour? bonnets. They work very well for removing oxidation and applying sealants.
