Gas Prices???

$2.43 for 87 octane in Santa Barbara last weekend. This has become a yearly event and won't change until they get thet "fixed" increase that they're after.
 
Wow...the prices in California have really shot up!!! What happened?

Here in Hawaii (previously the record holder for most expensive gas)...It's around $2.05 (87), $2.15 (89) and $2.25 (93). Still not cheap, but I can understand why being on an island. But California...what happened? When I lived in L.A. last summer, the prices weren't that bad...
 
I see where you are coming from natty, I work for Bosch and we get a newsletter each month. In our last newsletter it said that hybrid and electric cars won't be ready for mass production (affordable so everyone can own one wise) untill at least 15 more years. They also say that they have a new thing ( I just had a brain fart, the thing that spays gas to be combusted) that uses a new method of switching on and off and will reduce fuel consumption by 20% that should be out next year.
 
Don't worry be happy!:dancin . Can't do anything about it. Just pull up. Pay it and drive off.
