Garage makeover

Wow looks cool! Yes more storage space for detail products :D I have made the duty of never carrying any garbage, makes cleaning a hell of alot easier!

Looking great, it's coming along very nicely. You have to keep the couch though, it's what makes the garage, after a long day of detailing you can just sit on it with a beer looking at your work.

:yeah
Definately find a spot for the couch :-p
Thats coming along real nice.
Glad to see you have a good helper... my 4 YO loves to help daddy too, I may not get as much done as I planned but it's worth the extra time

Well the final cabenit are up and things are pretty much on the home streach if only i could catch a brake. while i was filling up the karosone heater my daguter woke up and while i was puting her to bed there was a siphen action that pulled the gas right out so after vacuming the fuel up there is still some to evaoprate I'm leaving the gargae door slighty open and venting it out the garage is sealed from the rest of the house so i should be ok.. anyways the floor is now 85% done and i'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

:bigscream Please tell me that you took the pictures before the kerosene filling!

Naw they are after I lifted the door up to vent out the area and was using the heat to help evaporate the fuel. karosine is a high grade of desiel fuel wihch is very stable and all i need to do is vent the vapors which are building up there isn't an exposion hazard now if it was gas...( you wouldn't belive how dangerous that stuff is) there would be no house left.

Sorry, I guess I pushed the "panic" button a little prematurely.:( :bow
Since you're still here today, I'll just have to accept that you know what you're doing, and I'm just a worry-wart ;)

well it's a little past noon and I'm calling this project

FINISHED

I'm glad all of you could join me on my quest and while the constrcution phase is done you all know now is the shove everything in the gargage phase but at least not i can fit two cars in the garage and not have to worry about puddles.

it is a good job!!......well done......and it is a pleasure seeing the final outcome. i am jealous... unfortunately my garage is filled to the gills with stuff that my wife has yet to get to since we moved in over two years ago. it is better but there is still a whole lot to go thru. if my wife went away for a week end and i got rid of the stuff she would be divorcing me in a new york minute. some day...!!!

have fun in your new improved version!!!

Looks great , how do you like the floor so far ? Its nice to see you fit your vehicles in there . I was wondering if you would be able to .:bigups

The floor is great I need to wait till the spring to finish up the edges though and there is a wave at the end that i'm dealing with I have the ramp edges coming in soon I hope.

You had mixed feeling about me getting the cars in... Man i had a week to do it even though it was tight I still made it. I have a little finish work to do but All in all it's done.
