Garage Lighting

I am looking putting new lighting in my garage and came across these. Has anyone used these before. It seems that these have very high lumens. I want to install 4 in my Garage, which is 24x24. I already have 4 Incandescent lights in the garage right now. Let me know what you think.

Well, those are OK lights, look for T-8 if possible, also, those lights only project light downward. Find a T-8 light strip where the light goes in every direction. I'm currently doing my garage now, same size 24x24 and i have 6-4' strips. The bulb is the next important thing. looks for a bulb thats 5000K lumens and a CRI of 90 or higher
