2006 Infiniti G35. Detailed his daughter's 4 Runner a few weeks ago, today his wife's car was up for detailing. It was just a basic 1 step detail (it has a lot of scuffs on the bumpers that will require refinishing) but the hood was so bad, I figured I'd test a compound I was sent to try (and no, I'm not revealing what company sent it to me), felt the swirls were enough to give it a good test.
As expected, pearl paint doesn't show swirls well so what you see here was a lot worse in person
Test compound, Meguiars 6" MF cutting pad and my Rupes 21 DA:
No visible marring or hazing that I could see, although I don't believe this product was developed to use in the sun, a few areas it was a little tough to remove. But the cut and finish were great! Plus I've had issues before with pearl Nissan/Infiniti's where other polishes tend to stick as well, had minor issues even removing Hyper Polish on this paint.

2012 Audi A6 S Line and 2013 Acura MDX. We detailed the A6 when it was new about 10 months ago, the MDX was a recent acquisition. The A6 had some marring and spider swirls. The owner is a doctor and just doesn't have the time to take care of it himself and I'm not close enough to his location to do regular washes on it. Like BMW, the clear coat on jet black tends to be on the very soft side, so while it mars easily, it also tends to clean up quickly. Owner has decided he will have us out more often in the future so any minor issues don't become major ones.
