G110 vs PC 7424

I have one the first edge conversion adaptors for the Flex 3401 and have had no issues it works flawlessly .I truely suspect that is due to something the user is doing to break 3 of them .I have not heard of anyone else that has gotten this adapter having any issues. Looks to me he was applying a serious amount of pressure inorder to do that to the adapter. Remember the adapter is an original flex backing plate with a minor modification .I use it constantly and that said I have never had either of my edge adapters fail as I have them all PC,Rotary both types and the flex 3401.The machine is designed to be used with light to moderate pressure. It does not require yo to lean on it that hard. The power of the machine ,pad and chemical combo is all that is required.

Thanks

I think I'll try it... the Flex 3401 is perfect for what I need but really want to make sure it works 100% ok with the Edge 2k adapter. I think I'll just have to try it for myself. The guy who's been having probs is a pro who does details constantly. I do 1-2 per month at the very most.

I have a PC and have not felt the need to buy a G110. I use it for finishing work only so I'm fine with the power it has. That being said, if it broke or if I was buying a new machine I would get a G110.....that's a no brainer to me.
