Fun with Brass Brush, RWL are white again.

My white letters have always looked decent, unless I used a silicone based tire dressing. I decided to try the brass brush to see how much improvement I'd detect.

Process:

0. Pre Rinse to remove loose dirt.
1. Spray Tires Wesleys Bleche White.
2. Scrubbed the letters lightly with the brass brush.
3. Scrubbed Entire wheel with Nylon Tire Brush and Car Wash.
4. Clean Brake dust from inside rim.
5. Wash Wheel with regular Car Wash.
6. Rinse.
:hah 7. Repeat until you run out of dirty wheels.

After the tires were dry, I dressed them with ProWax Premo Tire Dressing applied with a cheap foam paint brush.

I think you may have mastered the cleaning of RWLs. Those look fantastic. I only wish there was a way to seal them from getting embedded with dirt. Non-white RWLs just kill the look of a black tire.

Your tires look great. Wesleys Bleche White is an awesome product to get your tires really clean and ready for dressing. Theres been talk about it being bad for the tires but never had a proble with it for the past 3 years I have used it. Great job.

For some reason I am blown away by the cleaniness of your Xterra!

That thing is gorgeous. It looks literally better than brand new.

What do you use for the trim?

Also can you show me where you bought the tire dressing from. Them tires are the perfect shine to them.

Looks great!

I was never a fan of Wesley's Bleach White, but what ever works for ya.

Any other info on that dressing? It looks great...very deep and black, not too high of a gloss.

Yeah that is the stuff. I have been mostly dissapointed with other prowax products but Premo is nice. Water base, nice sent. I would ask for comments before ordering any of the other products. I heard a bad story about the "Leather & Plastic" cleaner and I know a few products in their line that give my hands a bad rash.

Thanks for the comment about my X, it actually does look better than new. The trim has all been cleaned and sealed with AIO/SG. I do it about every couple of months.

Aloha,
Robert

That looks great!
I too am a fan of Westley's Bleche White. After reading some posts here though, I am extra careful when spraying it on the tires because a couple people have said that it damaged their wheels.

WOW Rob, Your Xterra is sweet man. Sorry you ddin't like the premium clear I suggested , but I'll be glad to take it off your hands. Aloha
