Full wet sand n' buff on '05 NBP Acura RL, by Rasky's Auto Detailing

Nice job Rasky!! I have done one car in the same color and the clear was extremely soft. Before they resprayed the car was the clear soft? How was the clear after they resprayed it?

Unbelievable Chad.... Seriously AMAZING!!! The patience and dedication it takes to keep your head on straight and refuse to cut corners is what defines the men from the boys. Doing it because it needs to be done, and doing it right because you know no other way is why you are at the top of the food chain, IMO.

Congrats on such mind blowing work!

you know how women never forget when we do something bad??? I'd keep a little photo album of before and afters around the house somewhere for the next time she reminds you of that dumb thing you said 4 years ago!!

Really great work!!

Nice job, I love metallic blue vehicles (my truck is one). I agree with the paint popping, mine was bland until I polished it (M105/205 combo) and the color really came to life.

Thank you Indy!

wow

Amazing. I just can't bring myself to wet sand a car...

Thanks!

It's just like grabbing the rotary, practice practice practice! :D

Thanks Bro!

Actually the clear on this car was rather hard from the factory compaired to other Acura or Honda models in the same color. Maybe Acura used a different clear given it's their flagship car....

After the repaint it's even harder now. I'd say it's very similar to the clear on the C5/C6 Vette's in that it's rock hard, but scratches easily.

That looks MUCH BETTER than stock!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a great job as good as you will ever see:notworthy:

Thanks Bob! :)

Thanks Todd!

I will say there were definitely few times towards the end when I was about to throw in the towel! The paint was just SOOO hard and it was taking forever to finish out....especially the randon deep scratches left behind from the initail cutting.

In the end I was glad I hung in there and finished it off the way it's supposed to be done! :cornut:

very nice job!!!

Thank you! :)
